A sweet older gentleman who deserves a soft place to land. Huckleberry came to Cat and Caboodle very thin and in need of some serious TLC. Despite everything he has been through, he's incredibly sweet and gentle. He's now working on getting healthy, gaining weight and finding the loving home he deserves.

Find Your Match

Brose our current adoptable cats and find the one who moves your heart.

Apply Online

Complete an online adoption application and tell us a little about your home, lifestyle and what you're looking for in a feline complanion.

Meet & Greet

Once your application is reviewed, we'll arrange a time for you to meet your potential new family member in their foster home.

Welcome Home

If it's a good match, we'll finalize the adoption paperwork and adoption donation. Then it's time to welcome your new companion home!

What are the adoption requirements?

We ask each potential adopter to complete an adoption application, provide a veterinary reference for current pets and participate in a brief conversation about their home and lifestyle. This helps us get to know you and find the best possible match for both you and the cat. 

What are your adoption fees?

Our fees vary by age and individual circumstances, and help cover spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping and other veterinary care. Every adoption fee goes right  back into caring for cats in need and supporting our rescue efforts. 

How long does the adoption process take?

Our goal is to make the adoption process as smooth and timely as possible while taking the time to find the right match. Most applications can be processed within a few days, depending on reference checks, scheduling and the needs of the cat. 

Do you provide post-adoption support?

Absolutely! We want every adoption to be a lasting success. We're happy to provide guidance and resources for behavior, nutrition, and helping your new family member adjust to their new home. If questions or challenges come up after adoption, we're ready to help.
